Kim Coates



Kim Coates is a Canadian actor, known for his roles in a variety of television shows and films. Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, in 1958, Coates began his acting career in the 1980s, with small roles in Canadian television shows and films. He quickly made a name for himself in the industry and his career took off in the 1990s with his role as Tig Trager in the FX series “Sons of Anarchy,” which ran for seven seasons. The role earned him critical acclaim and a dedicated fanbase.

Coates has also had a successful career in film, with notable roles in movies such as “Pearl Harbor,” “Black Hawk Down,” “Badboys II” and “Silent Hill.” He also worked on stage, and has appeared in productions of “A Streetcar Named Desire” and “Death of a Salesman” among other productions.
