50% or more of costume is handmade and features predominantly fabric materials.

 

Non-Fabric Creation:

50% or more of the costume is handmade and predominantly non-fabric, materials such as EVA foam, worbla, 3d printed elements.

Runway:

0% of the costume handmade, while quality is important, consideration more heavily weighted on character portrayal.
